COVID-19 Health & Safety Checklist.
This inspection checklist is intended to assist in identifying the risks to our Society and the measures that are in place or need to be implemented in order to protect our users and comply with health and safety legislation.

2	Signage to practice the appropriate social distancing within and between groups is in place. These could include but are not limited to the following: kitchen / loos / library /bunkroom	Yes
2a	Are you able to promote 2 meters distance?	Yes	Dependent on 2 above. Bunkroom use will be allocated on booking.
2b	Are you able to implement a one way flow system?	Yes	Use of 3 entrances and 2 staircases. Users to negotiate between groups if implementation is required.
3	Have users been notified on any new procedures and rules.	Yes	Member’s notified of procedures and rules via emailing. This will be updated as guidance changes. Guests will be notified on booking.
4	Have users been instructed on how to hand wash effectively, for the suggested duration and maintain good hygiene practices.	Yes	Signage in place.
5	Have users been notified on what to do if they are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms?	Yes	Signage in place.
6	Has signage reminding users of the symptoms been displayed prominently around the building?	Yes
7	Are daily alerts from government departments e.g. Public Health England / HSE etc being sourced and shared with users?	Yes	See item 3.

9	Are you able to implement sufficient parking restrictions to maintain social distancing measures?	Yes	Large parking space available. Responsibility of the users.
10	Have you identified any users that are required to continue shielding?	N/A	Users to self-identify if shielding required and not visit the premises.
11	Do you have sufficient PPE (as may be required) for certain tasks.	Yes	Face masks and gloves available by first aid kit.
12	Has the entry and exits to the building been limited to the minimum number of points required?	Yes	3 doors available. Use to be negotiated by needs of users present bearing in mind that maximum ventilation is also required.
13	Is it practicable to confine day visitors to strictly defined areas and avoid unnecessary movements around the building?	Yes	Day visitors are banned from going upstairs.
14	Have appropriate hand sanitiser stations been made available on main travel routes through the building?	Yes
15	Is advisory hand washing signage displayed throughout the building, especially at entrances and exits and were people congregate?	Yes
16	Are the signs (distancing, sanitisers, and handwashing) displayed reviewed and replaced as necessary?	Yes
